Problem: Manager and Coordinator new hires require onboarding training on the first human touchpoint interacting with customers for a major multi-city event.
Solution/Value-Add: In this eLearning course, I explored the successful first touchpoint of human interaction between a sport organization and the customer after completing a storyboard. With engaging content, the course is supplemented with supporting research and interactive instructional design methods.
